J., en 1668 en la Universidad Javeriana, lo que es un aporte a la linea de investigacion dedicada al periodo colonial. Su talante filosofico radica en que se trata de un estudio referido a la justicia, en general, y a la reparacion de los danos cometidos, en particular. Asimismo, la riqueza del manuscrito esta en el tratamiento doble, etico y juridico de dichas tematicas y en que, al menos hasta la fecha, es el unico manuscrito neogranadino del siglo xvii identificado que aborda los temas de la justicia y la reparacion.
