2010. aasta kevadel kaisime koos sobraga Tallinnas Koplis otsimas oma esimest tulevast uurikorterit. Kuna raha meil eriti ei olnud, siis sihtisime „odavama otsa” kinnisvara – tubasid uhiselamutes, 2-toalisi poolpolenud puumajades ja muud saarast kraami. Mul on siiani meeles katkiloodud akendega politseiauto vrakk uhe uhika ees parklas. Utleme nii, et liiga perspektiivikaks ma meie ettevotmist ei pidanud.
Viis aastat hiljem kuulub meie uuriportfelli enam kui 30 uurikorterit ule kogu Tallinna. Oleme selle aja jooksul teinud moningaid asju oigesti ja paris palju asju valesti.
