Метод заключается в наложении полужесткой иммобилизирующей разгрузочной повязки из полимерных материалов Softcast и Scotchcast. В результате достигается перенос значительной части нагрузки с области трофической язвы на другие участки стопы и на голень, что обеспечивает быстрое заживление.
