Монография предназначена для научных сотрудников, преподавателей, аспирантов и студентов вузов экономических, гуманитарных, сельскохозяйственных и туристических специальностей, а также всех интересующихся современным состоянием и перспективами устойчивого развития сельских территорий, подходами к обеспечению устойчивого развития в разных странах мира, включая Европейский Союз в целом и регион Восточной Европы в частности, Содружество Независимых Государств и Россию. Кроме вопросов устойчивого развития сельских территорий в монографии рассмотрены аспекты повышения устойчивости сельскохозяйственного производства, проблемы обеспечения продовольственной безопасности, современные тенденции международной торговли сельскохозяйственной продукцией и продовольствием в условиях либерализации торговых отношений, перспективы развития сельского туризма как фактора обеспечения устойчивого развития сельских территорий, а также направления рационального природопользования и реализации природного и ресурсного потенциала различных стран. Монография издана за счет средств гранта ФГБОУ ВПО Ставропольский ГАУ в области науки и инноваций для молодых ученых.

В основе учебного пособия лежит идея взаимосвязанного и одновременного развития профессиональных и коммуникативных языковых компетенций, необходимых в профессиональном общении будущих специалистов в области высокоэнергетических материалов. Цель пособия – подвести студентов к чтению оригинальной литературы по специальности и ведению беседы на темы, предусмотренные программой языковой подготовки третьего поколения.

But when the gas is gone and there is no more coal – what then? Scientists are finding new answers all the time. Get ready for the children whose running feet make the energy to bring water to their village; for the power station that uses warm and cold water to make energy; for the car that saves energy by growing like a plant…

In this work I look how the conflicts influence on the market structure and its peculiar communication. At the same time is appraised the semiotic substance and power of the signs for the interpretation of a coercive changing economic reality. In the specific aspects of examination are included typical moments of military confrontation in Ukraine and in the territories, where Islamic State has activity. Some observations of the wars in ex-Yugoslavia from the 90s are also included.
