Pillkahn bringt den Leser immer wieder zum Nachdenken, denn er macht deutlich, dass das Einhalten von Normen, Konventionen, Standards und Kennzahlen zwar aktuelle Marktchancen erhohen, Kosten sparen oder die Anerkennung von Mitarbeitern steigern kann, aber kaum auf Dauer den Unternehmenserfolg sichert.
